There are times in life when we struggle and seeking help can be one way to begin to feel better. I can listen in a non-judgemental way to your concerns and we can look at how best to meet your needs in counselling. I believe counselling is a collaboration and so I will work with you to build a genuine, trusting, consistent and safe counselling relationship. I hope this will enable you to share and explore thoughts and feelings that have previously been difficult to experience alone.
About Me
I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor located in Steyning, West Sussex. My underlying counselling styles are both Person Centred and Psychodynamic. I have knowledge of many therapeutic modalities that enables me to combine different elements of therapies tailored to your individual needs. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I work in accordance with their ethical framework and guidelines.

Services and Fees
I offer face to face, online and telephone counselling, every session lasts for 50 minutes and is conducted in a comfortable, private space
I offer both short and long term – open ended therapy
Fees are £45.00 per session for in person, online and telephone counselling
Concessionary rates are available
Reduced rates for block booked sessions
